Root Gold

This is a curve with a medium slow decay at beginning and a medium fast decay at the end. The area of the curve is 40.84% of the full surrounding square area (-7.78 dB).

If based on area ratio (current to Linear (50%), it’s RT60 time should be 0.82 of Linear RT60.

This curve was calculated inserting the number 1.346361 [FI^(1/FI)] in a base 10 logarithmic equation.

This collection was made by direct Fall from White Noise of default style Octave Curves.

It’s a general-purpose medium slow decay impulse, for vocals and instruments, or any electronic musical source.

The collection is divided into  44.1 kHz 24 bit, 48 kHz 24 bit and 96 kHz 24 bit folders.

Inside each folder 12 tone folders (A to Bb).

Inside each Tone folder has 8 clean impulse files and another folder with 8 phase processed impulse files, in a total of 576 Impulse files, with the following folder structure:

Wave Naming

WN RTG A 3 means 3 White Noise as generator, Root Gold as fall curve, A Minor as Tone and 3 seconds of Impulse length.

WN RTG A MS 3 the same as previous but with M/S building processing.

WN RTG A 6 means 3 White Noise as generator, Root Gold as fall curve, A Minor as Tone and 6 seconds of Impulse length.

WN RTG Oct A 6 Oct means one octave up.

WN PHR SHV6 RTG A 3 means phase processed White Noise as generator, Root Gold as fall curve, 3 seconds of Impulse length.

WN PHR SHV6 RTG A MS 3 the same as previous but with an M/S building processing.

WN PHR SHV6 RTG A 6 means phase processed White Noise as generator, Root Gold as fall curve, 6seconds of Impulse length.
