This is a curve with a fast decay at beginning and a slow decay at the end. The area of the curve is 29.85% of the full square area (-10.38 dB).

If based on area ratio (current to Linear (50%), it’s RT60 time should be 0.61 of Linear RT60.

3 UMD WIDE

3 UMD means that Each frequency of the chord was faded out at a different speed, using the sequence Up-Mid-Down.

WIDE  is a way of processing Right and Side channels in order to produce a wider space feeling.

It’s a general-purpose medium fast decay impulse, for vocals and instruments, or any electronic musical source.

The collection is divided into  44.1 kHz 24 bit, 48 kHz 24 bit and 96 kHz 24 bit folders.

Inside each folder 12 Tone folders (A to Bb).

Inside each Tone folder, 2 folders Major and Minor, having 16 Impulse files each, in a total of 1152 Impulse files, with the following folder structure:

3UMDWIDE975 AST A Min 3 means 3 UMD WIDE White Noise as generator, AST as fall curve, A Minor as Tone and 3 seconds of Impulse length.

3UMDWIDE975 AST A Min MS 3 the sane as previous but with an M/S processing.

3UMDWIDE975 AST A Min 6  means 3 UMD WIDE White Noise as generator, AST as fall curve, A Minor as Tone and 6 seconds of Impulse length.
