Witch of Agnesi (Pi)

This is a curve with a  slow decay at beginning and a  fast decay at the end. The area of the curve is 34.52% of the full square area (-9.24 dB).

If based on area ratio (current to Linear (50%), it’s RT60 time should be 0.69 of Linear RT60. time

This collection was made by direct Fall from White Noise of default style Octave Square Curves.

It’s a general-purpose fast decay impulse, for vocals and instruments, or any electronic musical source.

The collection is divided into  44.1 kHz 24 bit, 48 kHz 24 bit and 96 kHz 24 bit folders.

Inside each folder 12 tone folders (A to Bb).

Inside each Tone folder has 8 clean impulse files and another folder with 8 pan processed impulse files, in a total of 576 files, with the following folder structure:

Examples:

• SQF WND WAPI A 3 means Square Fall White Noise with delay as generator, Witch of Agnesi (Pi)  as fall curve, A as Tone, and 3 seconds of Impulse length.
• SQF WND WAPI A MS 3 the same as previous but with an M/S building processing
• SQF WND WAPI A 6 means Square Fall White Noise with delay as generator, Witch of Agnesi (Pi) as fall curve, A as Tone, and 6 seconds of Impulse length.
• SQF WND WAPI A Oct 6 Oct means one octave up
• SQF WND WAPI A PAN 3 means pan processed Square Fall White Noise with delay as generator, Witch of Agnesi (Pi) as fall curve, 3 seconds of Impulse length.
• SQF WND WAPI A PAN MS 3 the same as previous but with an M/S building processing
• SQF WND WAPI A PAN 6 means pan processed Square Fall White Noise with delay as generator, Witch of Agnesi (Pi) as fall curve, 6 seconds of Impulse length.
