This is a curve with a slow decay at beginning and a fast decay at the end. The area of the curve is 46.07% of the full square area (-6.73 dB FSA).

If based on area ratio (current to Linear (50%), it’s RT60 time should be 0.92 of Linear RT60.

This curve was calculated inserting the number FI in a base 10 logarithmic equation.

3 MUD WIDE

3 MUD means that each frequency of the chord was faded out at a different speed, using the sequence Mid-Up-Down.

WIDE  is a way of processing Right and Side channels to produce a wider space feeling.

It’s a general-purpose slow decay impulse, for vocals and instruments, or any electronic musical source.

The collection is divided into  44.1 kHz 24 bit, 48 kHz 24 bit and 96 kHz 24 bit folders.

Inside each folder 12 tone folders (A to Bb).

Inside each Tone folder, 2 folders Major and Minor, having 16 Impulse files each, in a total of 1152 Impulse files, with the following structure:

3MUDWIDE975 Gold A Min 3 means 3 Mud Wide White Noise as generator, Gold as fall curve, A Minor as Tone and 3 seconds of Impulse length.

3MUDWIDE975 Gold A Min MS 3 the same as previous but with M/S processing.

3MUDWIDE975 Gold A Min 6 means 3 MUD White Noise as generator, Gold as fall curve, A Minor as Tone and 6 seconds of Impulse length.
